We make it fun...

• Initially your group is randomly divided into two or more teams depending on the size of the group.
• Each team then gives themselves a culinary name to be called.
• Each teammember receives a signature apron (to keep), menu outline and basic overview about the inner workings of the kitchen/classroom.
• Each team gets to prepare the 3-4 course meal given on the menu outline for the opposite team within a given time limit. Each team’s menu outline is different.  We will be on hand at all times to assist each team with preparation and throughout, encouraging team effort and unity. Each team in this process should evaluate who has what strengths and use them accordingly to produce the meal in the given time limits.
• The experience must be anchored into each person so once the time is up, each team will explain how this task was accomplished and each team member will also explain how this task relates to their present work position.
• Each team serves the other the delectable meal and then everyone eats!
